My professional journey began with one of the Big Four international professional accounting firms, where I developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking, professional discipline, and understanding how organisations operate.
As a certified public accountant in both China and the United Kingdom, I have accumulated more than two decades of experience across professional services and executive management roles. These experiences have allowed me to view organisations from different perspectives — as an advisor, a business partner, and a member of leadership teams navigating growth, change, and transformation.
Throughout my career, I have learned that behind every number, strategy, and business decision, there are people, stories, and values.
While my professional foundation is built on finance and business, my curiosity extends far beyond them. I am fascinated by human experiences, society, culture, creativity, and the evolving relationship between people and the world around us.
